Financial Quality Score (FQS): Scores the Financial Health of each company
- Revenue, profitability, margin, debt, share dilution
Moat Quality Score (MQS): Scores a company's special advantages that fight off competition. (trends, switching costs, IP/patents, network effects, pricing power & network effects)
Valuation Score (Value): Scores how cheap or expensive a stock price is relative to its revenue growth, earnings growth, and free cash flow
Quality Score: is the average between the Financial score and the Moat Score

🟡 Early Growth - companies are proving they can scale.
